A few things to know.
Can I see it before creating an account?
Yes. The sample includes customers, quotes and visits, and the free quote check uses your own inputs. Sample changes are not saved. Create a workspace when you want to keep your own records.
What is included in the workspace?
Customers and CSV import, cost-based quotes, proposal sharing and approval, saved visit planning, recurring visits, visit checklists, actual results, customer contribution reports and record exports. It is one owner-operated workspace, without separate staff accounts.
Does it collect payments from my cleaning clients?
No. Client payment collection, automatic client reminders, tax filing and lead generation are not included. Payment status records what you enter; it does not verify a bank transaction.
Where does the app run?
Your workspace opens at TrackWise’s secure app address. This early-access service runs on TrackWise-operated equipment, so availability depends on that equipment and its internet connection. Save your private recovery code at signup and export your records regularly.
What happens after the trial?
Choose a $19/month subscription if the workspace fits your work. Reading and exporting remain available after write access ends. There is no automatic charge at the end of the trial.
