Opening the finance tracker

1. Download and extract the ZIP file.
2. Open planner.csv in Excel, Google Sheets, or another CSV-compatible spreadsheet app.
3. Open planner.html in your web browser and use Print for a paper worksheet.
4. Read INSTRUCTIONS.txt before getting started.

Entries and balances are manual. No formulas or bank connections are included.
